Online grocery shopping - Honestbee vs Red Mart

Have tried out Honestbee thrice and it has been a wonderful experience so far except for once when the wrong item was delivered but service recovery was good. I was given a $5 coupon (similar to the item value) to be used within a limited time frame.

On another occasion when the delivery was late, I was given another $5 coupon. This is 1 plus point that Honestbee has over RedMart. I also received an sms regarding the late RedMart delivery due to traffic conditions but no other service recovery was made. Considering that my original delivery timing was between 7 am to 9 am and actual delivery was made around 10.30 am, I had to camp at home for 2.5 hours.

I like how reactive HonestBee is and how fast I would be able to receive my groceries within the next few hours with replacement items (if needed) but I feel that the range of items available is smaller than that of RedMart.

But one major advantage that RedMart has over Honestbee is that it is under Shopback so I do save around 8% of my total grocery bills.

In case you are interested in trying out HonestBee, please feel free to use the following referral link: https://honestbee.com/r/QINGSHC1428 to get $20 off your first purchase.

As for RedMart, please feel free to use: redmart.com/invite/impixie179417 for $10 RedMart credits.

Last but not least, I would highly recommend that you setup a ShopBack if you have yet to do so. You will get cashbacks for your online purchases from Qoo10, Taobao, Zalora etc. Please feel free to use the following link: https://www.shopback.sg/?raf=W9qnlk for $5 credit and another $5 credit upon making your first purchase. So far, I have cashed out $50+ which has contributed to 1 tin of milk powder!

Do consider the above options especially if you are a SAHM like me with a sticky little one and the recent hot weather has made me very reluctant to step out of the house having to babywear a toddler, carry a diaper bag and multiple bags of groceries =(
